This rare Cosmic Slop promo video was shot in the streets of New York in 1973. Throughout the 1970's Funkadelic and it's sister band Parliament, released a barrage of funk albums that defined funk music of the decade. Cosmic Slop in 1973 was Funkadelic's fifth studio album. This song about a poor mother of five resorting to prostitution begs for forgiveness in it's chorus. This song has always been a favorite among fans.
