DEEE-LITE - Groove Is In The Heart

Deee-lite is best known for their worldwide club hit Groove Is In The Heart, which appeared on their 1990 debut World Clique album. The group had originally formed as a duo featuring Lady Keir and Super DJ Dmitry - who were later married. Shortly after Keir and Dmitry's first show they met DJ Towa Tei, who joined with them before long to form the group Deee-Lite. Their first album earned them numerous awards and nominations, however Groove Is In The Heart was the group's only major hit. In 1995 Keir and Dmitry's relationship fell apart and the group disbanded.
